Episode 9: Forgive–Explores the healing power of forgiveness.
Episode 10: Be Reconciled–On finding closure through reconciliation.
Episode 11: Confess–The necessity of confession is discussed.
Episode 12: Three Acts of the Penitent —Explains the three acts of the penitent—contrition, confession and satisfaction and the awesome grace of reconciliation through Confession.

Episode 13: Bless–Explores how to respond with grace in the face of an unjust aggressor.
Episode 14: Love–Addresses what the meaning of love truly is, and how it is a tool for peace, reconciliation, and healing.
Episode 15: Hope–Stresses the importance of the virtue of hope, and its role in helping us overcome despair and presumption.
Episode 16: Pray–Speaks on how prayer and meditation are powerful weapons against temptations.
Episode 17: Peace–Reflects on how worldwide peace can be achieved if people look inward and find peace within themselves first.
Episode 18: Be Kind–Explains why believers truly need to be models of kindness in a world greatly in need of it.

Episode 19: Be Patient–Talks on the virtue of patience and how it leads to peace in the mind and soul
Episode 20: Be Humble–Stresses the need of humility in our culture today and how it could be soothing for a hurting heart and a wounded world.
Episode 21: Be Healed (part 1)–Looks at Catholic devotionals as tools for healing, and how they further the Church’s healing ministry.
Episode 22: Be Healed (part 2)–Continues on the Church’s healing ministry with a special focus on the Communion of Saints as a resource for spiritual and physical healing.
Episode 23: Be Healed (part 3)–Emphasizes the healing powers of the sacraments of Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Baptism, and Holy Communion.
Episode 24: Mary Our Mother–On Mary as Our Lady of Sorrows, who is the faithful and graced-filled companion of any wounded heart.
